Under one roof we run series production with three different manufacturing technologies — plastic injection molding, thermoforming and rotational molding — while our high flexibility, flat hierarchy and cross-functional teams also let us create project-specific designs. Our Quality Policy

At Alpolimer, our goal is to manufacture right the first time, every time — for the automotive and radiator industries above all — using thermoforming, injection moulding and rotational moulding. To achieve this we:

Apply the requirements of the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems in full and continually improve their effectiveness.
Understand customer expectations and legal requirements at the start of every project, and track them with measurable targets through feasibility, sampling, validation and series production.
Prevent defects at the design and planning stage rather than on the production line.
Treat our suppliers as partners and maintain the same quality approach together with them.
Develop the competence of our people continuously and build a culture in which quality is every employee's responsibility.

Our Environmental Policy

For environmentally responsible, sustainable production we use our resources efficiently, reduce our environmental impact and consider the effect the work we do today will have on the future. In this spirit we:

Comply fully with environmental legislation and our customers' environmental requirements.
Meet part of our energy needs from the 630 kW solar power plant at our facility and continually improve energy efficiency.
Reduce our water consumption with our rainwater harvesting system.
Minimise raw-material waste, and encourage the use of recyclable materials and the segregation and recovery of waste.
Measure our environmental targets, share the results with our employees and review them every year.
